When you say “alongside the Office 365 API extension”
Do you mean at the same time – or a specific / desireable order of installation ?
Just want this to go smoothly and get it right the first time out of the gate.
okie dokie
Thanks for the quick response
I was finally getting ready to install your post smtp plugin and found this new notice also.
Does this replace the old one ?
Or is at add-on ?
And is it used in conjunction with Mail Integration Plugin for Office 365 ?
Confused

Thanks for clarifying that.
I feel like a dummy here but….
When I read the setup directions for the Post SMTP plugin I see no option for O-365 / Outlook
Which leads me to believe that I ONLY need to setup the Office 365 for Post SMTP Extension plugin.
That’s a bummer. My client won’t be happy.
Thanks for the quick response.
Thank you.
So. To be clear. I don’t need BOTH plugins.
Just the extension ?
I hope all my support questions can at least help others.
Thanks for all the info – and the prompt responses !
Whew !
I getting kinda burnt out from all this Office 365 research.
??
I am gonna try and resolve this – but if I can’t – will deactivating and removing your plugin SAFEFULLY reverse / remove all the settings from O-365 / Azure ?
I read your info on the proper way to remove worpress plugins.
Does yours have the option to remove all related database files ?
Or will I have to remove them manually via the database ?
Here is the header info for the contact form submission.

: Important according to Google magic.Hi….
I am just re-reading your response(s) and it hit me that you said your plugin only sends contact form email to Office 365 to SENT MAIL ONLY ?
Ideally, I would like to send contact form submission to 3 Office 365 user IN BOXES.
Is that NOT an option, or am I reading ou wrong ?
I did manage to route the contact form to my gamil address so I can at least monitor any new customers for my client.
The test form submission also went to my O 365 client’s SENT mail box.
This is a paid Office 365 account I am working on for a client.
And they are getting perturbed that I am taking so long getting their contact form working.
I have set up O 365 accounts before with NO plugins – just proper dns records.
I noticed that – JAGGROUPLLC.onmicrosoft.com – is NOT set as default domain.
My research says that it is normally set as the default.
I WOULD like to fix your plugin if possible – if not too time consuming.
Looking at my cPanel Configure Email Routing…..
It is set to Automatically Detect Configuration : Local (recommended)
As opposed to: Remote Mail Exchanger
Just spit-ballin – trying to troubleshoot possible settings problems.

Whaddaya think ?
So, is it fixable ?
If not, how can I remove your plugin and go with an SMTP plugin ?
I just noticed this warning on the final office 365 Authentication Page:
Due to temporary differences in supported functionality, we don’t recommend enabling personal Microsoft accounts for an existing registration. If you need to enable personal accounts, you can do so using the manifest editor. Learn more about these restrictions.?
