I do not know why my server crashed after your login but it is working now.

Setting user roles to ALL seems to have fixed the missing header footer issue.

I must have missed the part where the instructions specify to set USER ROLES to ALL and NOT just administrator.

Autoptimize – The last plugin I had with lazy load feature.

Disabling it did the trick.

I disabled the lazy load feature. No luck. I dumped the cache on 4 different browsers and and still no luck on all browsers.

I just have a black background in M mode.

You have already addressed this problem with a support ticket – but the fix stopped working even after repeated permalink flushing and regeneration of elementor CSS files.

To repeat – the header and footer only disappear on the front end when I am logged out of admin.

When I am logged into the back end of website via admin the header and footers on all pages work fine.

False alarm. I am stumped.

I am using the Hello theme and header footer version 1.6.46 released a few days ago

I have tested it on brave, firefox, chrome and safari browsers. I also checked it on different computers and 2 different iPhones – all with the same result. No header or footer.

My problem turned out to be Litespeed cache plugin. I disabled and reverted to Autoptimize and cart works fine now.
