I dont know what to say i had to try it 10 times in order to make one complete back up. And had to try 3 or 4 times to restore until it got done properly. Now i have hosting at godaddy and didnt figure out what is the real problem in here. Just keep trying and if you find a solution pls share

I had exactly the same problem. So by increasing the memory in the hosting did fix my problem. Every time i would try to add or remove an image was gonna send me to an error page which means time out. So that was fixed by increasing the memory

I fixed my issue by increasing memory on the hosting. Called godaddy and they increased the memory. timing me out was the issue and it was cuz i had galleries with lots of pics

Hello there i am having the same problem. i cant add new pictures to an existing gallery neither can i remove a picture form a gallery cuz it always will send me to an error page cuz it takes for ever. pls help
