how to modify columns

    I have a full page template and I am creating a portfolio of images. I would like to make it 4 columns, but when uploading images it defaults to 3 columns. Is there anything in the settings I can change? Under “appearance” and “theme options” and “layout” I changed the content columns to 4. But my layout still shows 3.

    Do you have a sidebar on the same page? A sidebar takes up one of the columns, so if you do you will only be able to display 3 columns.

    I do not have a sidebar on the same page. But I realize now that if you make the browser wide enough, the 4 columns show up. I guess before I didn’t have the screen full size.
