Hey @newbie752 and @georgikrastev,

Hey @vapblack,
This error shows that the url we are trying to connect to is not found.
Please make sure you followed the integration steps and that the URL in your WordPress settings is the same as the actual website URL.It is also possible that the permalinks are not set up correctly, like @genweb mentioned (thank you for your input ?? ),
you can go to your WordPress Settings → Permalinks → Under “Common Settings” choose any link structure other than “Plain.” Confirm by pressing “Save Changes.” From there retry connecting your WooCommerce store, to see if that helped!- This reply was modified 4 years, 5 months ago by vita.printful.

Thank you for reaching out!
To address this particular issue, we’d first need to check in with your store.
Could you reach out to us at [email protected] with your account details? We look forward to hearing from you! ??
Hey @sammies,
This is not yet something that can be adjusted on our plugin, which is why recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support or looking at the various shipping plugins WordPress offers, which would help you with sorting this out.
Could you let us know if you’ve consulted with WooCommerce support about this and what they said?
Hey @sammies,
Thank you for your question!
It looks like you could achieve this by using WooCommerce shipping classes (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping classes) in combination with the default Flat Rate shipping method, but WooCommerce support would certainly know more on how to set that up!
Another thing you could consider is looking at the various shipping plugins WordPress offers, which would help you sort this out.If you have any additional questions or concerns, be sure to reach out to us at [email protected]!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] move printful size guide buttonHey @slash135,
Thank you for reaching out with this concern!
You would need to edit your website layout to relocate this button. As each layout is custom, there is not a generic guide to follow – someone would need to directly edit your layout code.
This is why we suggest to either reach out to the creators of the layout you’re using or try out our Store Setup Services! If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out at [email protected]!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] WooCommerce Printful Integration IssueHey @almanydesigns,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention!
We see that you’ve also been in direct communication with our customer support team in relation to this and our developer team has also kept an eye on your store and not noted any errors with shipping rates generating upon checkout.Could you let us know if you’re still encountering these issues?
Hey @auu99,
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention and for providing us with your feedback.
Unfortunately we don’t guarantee compatibility with other third party plugins apart from WooCommerce, since each plugin is created by a different developer team.We will certainly take this as a suggestion moving forward, however there is not an ETA we can share with you for guaranteed compatibility with Cloudflare.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, you can reach out to us at [email protected]!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Elementor conflicts with storeHey @dragion12,
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!
Unfortunately we don’t guarantee compatibility with other third party plugins apart from WooCommerce, since each plugin is created by a different developer team. For this reason, we suggest to disable this plugin during product push, if you have noted that it’s causing issues between Printful and WooCommerce.

Hey @stevenschopp,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
The feature you describe is not possible by using our Product Personalization Tool,
but if you would like to use designs you have created in advance, we suggest adding additional product variants on the product listing directly on WooCommerce and then syncing them up with matching products and designs on our end.
This way you can have multiple designs within the same listing. We also welcome your suggestions, so you can add them to our Feature Requests for a Community vote!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Critical ErrorThank you for your prompt reply!
We’re currently consulting with our developer team on the error you’re receiving, to see if there is anything else we could suggest from our end.I’ll follow up with you as soon as we have any additional details on this.
Another thing you could try meanwhile is to disable all other plugins apart from WooCommerce and Printful, to see if that helps with solving the error – this would indicate that there are compatibility issues between our plugin and one of your other plugins.
Let us know how that goes!
