When you add products to your Woo store from your Printful dashboard, uncheck the size chart in the product description, so that it does not get pushed to your store. You can see a screenshot of this here

As for removing the size chart tab from your current products, you would most likely need to edit your website’s theme/layout.

Could you let us know if you’re using our live shipping rates for your Printful products on WooCommerce?
If so, you will not be able to apply free shipping to these products, since free shipping qualifies as a flat rate.

For this to work, you would need to set flat rates for your Printful products as well.

Sorry for the delay in our response!
We checked on this issue in more detail and it appears that we could not place a test order on your store, which is one of the things that our system checks upon authorization.
It looks like our POST requests are failing, which results in a HTTP 404 error.
Could you reach out to your host and ask them to check why we’re unable to make these requests?

If an order has a “failed” status in your Printful dashboard, you can see the reason for it by opening up the order and looking at the status bar at the top.

Most commonly orders fail due to an issue with the billing method you have to upload in your Billing settings.
If you have not uploaded a billing method with us, you can do so via your Printful dashboard, by clicking on your name in the upper right > Billing > Billing methods.

To fix this issue, could you try going to your WordPress Settings > Permalinks > Under “Common Settings” choose any link structure other than “Default.” Confirm by pressing “Save Changes.”

You will get this error if you place your native store’s API in your WooCommerce settings. Your native store is the manual order store you have currently opened up in Printful.
Since you don’t have your Woo store connected with us yet, you won’t find the necessary API key in your Printful dashboard.

Make sure to enable the Rest API in your WooCommerce settings and follow this guide, when connecting your store: https://www.printful.com/dashboard/woocommerce/register

Thank you for your question!
The shipping status updates for your customer’s orders are pushed to your store’s side automatically, this information will also include the tracking.
They way in which your customers will get notified of order status changes depends on how you have set up notifications in your WooCommerce settings.

To see tracking on Printful, open up the order in your Printful dashboard > Orders. You will see the tracking url in the notice of when the order was shipped.
