In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Very poor supportHey Lauren,
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us.
Here at Printful, our brand voice expresses a casual and personable tone, therefore, we like to use emojis and exclamation points to establish an engaging tone with our customers and I am sorry to hear that this came across as passive-aggressive and puerile to you.As far as our developers go, they are a separate team within our company that works at different hours, but we are working to improve our response times overall.
We double checked with our developer team and they let us know that the feature you requested does not currently exist by default in any of the e-commerce platforms we have set up with.We have noted that your request is reasonable, but it is beyond the scope of what we can do as we work with default WooCommerce and its functionalities.
However, our developers are actively working on other updates that could improve our API connection and the features that work with that connection, which is why we truly appreciate your feedback on this!- This reply was modified 6 years, 1 month ago by vita.printful.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Webhooks issues when linkingHey Leigh,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
If you receive the error 400 while connecting, we suggest to first remove the existing REST API key, then reinstall the Printful plugin and try connecting your WooCommerce to Printful anew.Let us know if you’re still encountering any issues with setting up the integration, we would love to be of help! ??
Thank you all for reaching out with this issue!
Sometimes other plugins can disrupt or block the connection between Printful and WooCommerce, so a good thing to try is disabling all other plugins when connecting to, or pushing products to, your WooCommerce store.Be sure to reach out to us at [email protected], if you’re still encountering this error, so we could check in with it in more detail!

We don’t currently have an ETA on when we would change the way in which we push mockups and mockup titles to your store, but you can definitely add this suggestion to our Feature Requests for a community vote!We suggest adding keywords/tags to your products, so that they could be found in a product search on your website.
Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns! ??

Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Our plugin is made to work with the latest WooCommerce update, so this is definitely not expected.
If you reach out to us with the error message and your WooCommerce error logs, by sending us an email to [email protected], we could check in with this issue in more detail and help solve it! ??Hey there,
Sorry for the delay in our reply!
WooCommerce uses 2 attribute types, which are not the same as the individual attributes that we use – these attributes will be individual for every product.I will forward your feedback to our team, but we do not yet have an ETA for an update to the attributes we push with our products to WooCommerce.
But you can definitely add this idea to our Feature Requests for a community vote.
Feel free to send us another message, if you have any other questions! ??

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Size Chart does not updateHey there,
Sorry for the delay in our reply!
You are right, if you check the size chart option, when you’re adding a product, this information will be pushed to your store and a new tab will be created.
After this information is pushed to your store, you can only edit it from there, not on Printful. What you can do in this case is either –
Push your products to your store without a size chart
or
Edit your website directly to remove this tab.Feel free to send us another message, if you have any other questions! ??
Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out!
You asked if the local product attributes–not global ones prevent Woocommerce Product Search Extension from finding the products too?
The Printful plugin won’t necessarily work with all other plugins, which are available on WordPress, and some plugins can cause products to unsync or break the integration. In your case, I suggest trying to use product tags for product search purposes – there are plugins that enable searching by product tags as well!
Hey Sahar,
Thank you for your question!
If you use flat rates on your store’s side, we will apply the cheapest live rate available on our side once the order syncs up with us.If you would like to ensure that all of your orders are shipped out with tracking, even if you are using flat rates on your store’s side, you can check these settings in your Printful dashboard > Stores > Settings > Shipping.
I hope this helps! ??

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Products Variants Missing After SyncHey there,
Thank you for reaching out!
We encountered a bug last week for the new WooCommerce version users that sounds a lot like the issue you’re reporting. We have also deployed a fix for it, but you would need to add the affected products anew.Let us know if you are still encountering any issues with this, so we could take a closer look at your concerns!
