If you’re looking to translate products that you’ve already added to your store, we suggest trying out one of the translation plugins you can find here, but please not that we don’t guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins you can find on WordPress.

I’ll cover the questions we have answers to:1. Do you have to create another shipping label for the printful product even though they are handling the shipping?
Shipping labels and packing slips are generated and applied to your Printful shipments automatically.
2. My non-printful products ship faster than the printful products. At what point would you change the order status to completed? If I wait for the printful items to ship and change to completed, my non-printful items will most likely be at the customers house.
Once your Printful shipments are shipped, your order’s status will be updated automatically. If your order includes non-Printful products, your approach might be different. We suggest reaching out to our support team at [email protected] for advice!
4.How do you change the business name on the shipping label?
We will take the information you have added in your Printful Dashboard -> Stores -> Settings. You can also upload your company logo there (under P-slip), which we’ll print on the packaging and packing slip.

If you’re using our shipping rates, it is not possible to change what they’re called, but you can certainly look into setting up WooCommerce flat rates to achieve this.Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], if you have any additional questions or concerns!

None of our shipping rates are called “Other”, so it’s possible that this is a flat rate created on WooCommerce, you can see more on this here.If you intend to use the Printful Shipping rates, you can see a quick tutorial on how to set that up here.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our plugin and customer support hasn’t been great and hope we can improve it in the future.Our plugin is compatible with the most recent WordPress and WooCommerce versions and the shipment tracking plugins listed here, however we don’t guarantee compatibility with other third party plugins.
If your product syncs are failing, it is certainly possible that this is caused by another 3rd party plugin or your host.

Our tracking link is still added to the order note due to the limitations of the platform, but these plugins make it possible to do things like add the tracking information in emails, on the order tracking page, etc.

An overnight rate or an express rate is not currently an option for all destinations, which means that these rates would not show up as choices upon checkout.
It is also important to note that if the carrier we use for our flat rates matches the carried we’d use for express rates, you would not see the “express” option, since it would cost the same as the flat rate and we would also ship the order out with the same carrier.
To check if you see the overnight option, I suggest entering a domestic US address (in California, for example) to see what that pulls up.I hope this helps, but if you still think something’s broken, please reach out to us at [email protected]!

It is not possible to create a connection between Printful and WooCommerce without the use of the /wc-auth/v1/authorize page and this page can’t be created manually.

It is not currently possible to remove the default “Flat Rate” option in your settings under “Shipping Methods”, because for some destinations this is the only available shipping method.As a workaround, you can set up your own flat rates on WooCommerce.
