Wonderful! Thank you very much!
Hi+
Thank you for the quick response! So, my final follow-up question is — Does this Plugin allow me to do that?
Thanks!Hi+
Thank you for the quick response!
Okay, can I upload a different image for the thumbnail than the larger view? (I would make my own “thumbnail” that shows the specific part of the main image and have that link to a different image file that is the actual main image.)
Thanks!Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Malicious File??Hi+
Thank you very much for the quick response! I appreciate the link to the guide and have already done a lot of what it says (but not all of those suggestions)… Also, I will review the recommended security measures and take appropriate actions.
I do have a follow up to this question. WordFence has flagged a lot of files in wp-admin/css/colors location as “possible malicious” and all of them (except this hidden.php) are named less suspiciously…
wp-admin/css/colors/light/php-brief.php
wp-admin/css/colors/midnight/class-wp-filesystem-ssh2.php
wp-admin/css/colors/midnight/pagination.php
wp-admin/css/colors/sunrise/newsfeed.phpI’m wondering where I can go to verify if these files are all actually part of the wp-admin/css/colors folder or if they’ve been added somehow?
Thanks!
Is anyone monitoring this support service? I asked about UPGRADING 6 days ago!!! Please respond!

In reply to: Connection Lost Update??They both have the same hosting provider and the same hosting package. I’m not sure if they are on the “same” web server…?
I will call the host provider – which “log” should I reference?
Thank you.

Thank you, @jan, for the quick response!
It is only happening on one of our WordPress sites. It started when we updated to the new WordPress version. However, we have other sites that are on the new WordPress Version (and same hosting provider as this one) that are not experiencing it. Since I’m not experiencing this issue on the other sites, and all of the old threads indicated that each of the suggested solutions did not permanently fix the problem, I have not tried any of them. I find it a waste of time to try things that didn’t work for others…
Just today I did log into this site’s cPanel and switch the Max Execution Time from 60 to 300, the Post Max Size & Upload Max File Size both from 64 to 128. But, no change with this issue after I did that…
I’ve thought about changing the PHP from 5.4 t 5.6 via cPanel options, but am not sure if that is the proper direction.
I have not spoken with my host provider yet, as I’m not certain what details and/or logs to provide to them and I want to have all of it ready prior to that call.
Just thought I’d ask here if anyone else has anything new to suggest…?
Thanks!

Thank you very much for the clarifications!
Okay, I have made another attempt to email you the logs… Hopefully, it won’t be kicked back this time… Thanks!
Hi+
Thank you for clarifying that. I have reviewed several of these too-long-file-names and discovered that each one has a unique part to its name. Thus I would not be able to simply put in the generic file name as none of them would be flagged – correct?
They are all csv files, but there are other csv files that do need to back up; therefore, I cannot simply exclude all csv files.
I’m wondering if the Pro version would be better equipped to handle these too-long-file-names? Or would it have a relatively easy way for me to exclude all of them (each with their unique number at the end of the general file name)?
Please let me know your thoughts…
Thank you!Hi+
I still cannot send you the requested file…Please advise.
Thanks!

I just received a Delivery Status Notification regarding the email I sent to you using the email address provided in the link you gave… Indicating that email did not go through! How do I get the information to you in in a protected manner (as there is no Upload Button here)?
Thanks!
Hi, Daniel+
Thank you for the quick response! I have sent the email per above instructions…. Please let me know if it didn’t come through properly.
Thanks!
