I have the same issue, though mine was working fine recently. It just stopped working at some point.

I’m looking to run MU on Cloud Sites as well. The post on snipe.net mentioned above looks good, though a lot of people seem to be stuck at the mod_rewrite stuff.

I’ll post back here with results as I progress.

If you look at the links just below the header (HeadSpace | Page Settings) on the settings page, you’ll see links for the other options. If you click Page Options, you get the ability to set which header and meta tag options appear under Simple and Advanced.
