I’m having a similar problem when using some widgets in woo commerce’s mega menu.

Hi!!

When inserting the ‘arbitrary text or html’ widget into the menu and typing words into the content box, it looks as though it’s saving, though I’m not able to ‘save and publish’ the change.

When I preview the website, there isn’t anything in the content box.

When I go back to the customizer to check the widget, the content box is empty.

Just found this same error in the contact info widget.

Apparently it isn’t an error with mega menu as I received this as a response:

The menu and widgets are not part of our theme but the WordPress core software itself and there are no issues when cross testing this on my storefront theme for you.

What you describe sounds like an issue with your WordPress core software install or it’s widgets, it’s not related to our products though.

I’m running the latest wordpress. This may be the issue.

I’ve also tried deactivating every non woo themes plugin to see if that was the issue but was unable to get the menu working.

Any suggestions?

All issues worked out aside from the video!

Any chance you could keep the video option? It’s one of the main reasons I chose Moesia!

I think I figured out the gap problem.

If you resize the screen on naturalcyclecourier.ca, the size of the gap between the video header and the main menu changes. It’s as if it isn’t responsive as it was before.

If you see the moesia demo, if you change the screen size, the menu bar stays stuck to the bottom of the video:

Do you have any recommendations on what I can do? Change the size of the video? Or is this something I have no control over?

Only the RIDERS (originally employees) widget background isn’t working…

Solved the background images issue:

There are 3 places to set the background image for a row – it’s a little confusing.

1. Clicking on edit row and changing Background image under Theme (this works)
2. Clicking edit on the widget, click Design and changing the Background Image (of the widget it says)
3. Clicking edit on the widget and changing the image background near the bottom (for ex. in Moesia FP:Facts, you can change the image after entering your fourth fact value).

I may just be confused. Just trying to be helpful ??

I’m also now having trouble with the background images in the row styles Latest News, Riders and Stats (the update seems to have changed things).

I’m having a similar problem both when I’m logged in and logged out of wordpress. The site isn’t live yet – pics included below.

First, the gap appears below the video:

Then, when you scroll down, the video jumps and the gap appears at the top:

I haven’t made any changes to the video header and things were working perfectly a few days ago. I did install the theme update…

Any ideas?

I also wondered if you could tell me what widget moesia used to create the “do you like moesia pro? Is it everything you wanted from a theme” along with the button on the demo.

I’m struggling with the same issue.

I’ve updated to moesia pro but don’t see the video tab in the customize menu.
