In reply to: [PixProof - Easy Photo Proofing for Photographers] Conflicting FancyBox JSIs really hard to prevent the theme to add its fancybox script only on pixproof’s content.
What we can do is to create an option which will let you disable our modal, but it is not convenient since in our modal you have the “Select/Deselect” tag.
If you would like to drop us a ticket with more details and some access to your site we might have a chance to help you there.
Cheers

In reply to: [PixProof - Easy Photo Proofing for Photographers] Problem with pixproofWe tested pixproof on our premium themes and on default themes as twentyfourteen.
We also got feedback from some users who are successfully using pixproof on all kind of themes free and premium(not ours).
This plugin has everything wrapped up and its stilize its own content.
The only thing the theme should not do is mess global elements like: div, span, body from css or force a javascript modal (like fancybox) on all images. We can help you if you drop us a ticket and more details here
Cheers

In reply to: [PixProof - Easy Photo Proofing for Photographers] Question about demoHi David!
The workflow of this plugin is like this: The photographer post all his images in a “pixproof” gallery and he sends the link to the client, the client selects his favorites, they can disqus to improve/style some photos and at the end the photographer will upload in backend a .zip archive with all the photos selected by the client.
We could implement this option, to auto-generate that .zip file, but this is a free plugin and it will be installed on different types of hosts, lots of them will definitely don’t have the permissions to create a .zip or even a file
Now we need the community advice too, if more of you folks will ask for this feature we will implement it, but as I said I’m not sure if it do more good or damage. We just like to keep our clients out of trouble.
Thank you for using Pixproof!

In reply to: [PixProof - Easy Photo Proofing for Photographers] Can't Find PageYou should try to open a ticket here https://help.pixelgrade.com. There we can help you if you give us some temporary backend access.

In reply to: [PixProof - Easy Photo Proofing for Photographers] Can't Find PageIt should work if the theme respects the wordPress coding standards (a single.php file with the “the_content” callback).
But you need to add the images in the “Gallery” tab to see them in grid, NOT as feature image. (the feature image should only appear in the galleries archive).
Read this article, the “Backend workflow” section.

In reply to: [PixProof - Easy Photo Proofing for Photographers] Can't Find PageHello
After you activate the plugin, can you try to flush the permalinks(for this you need to go to Settings->Permalinks and hit the save button).
I would like to know if this is working so please hit me back.
Thanks,
AndrewHi Michael
I have a small question, where do you want to grant permission for these users, in back-end(in admin panel) so they can edit the gallery, or in front-end just to select/deselect/comment photos?
Thanks,
AndrewHi Adam!
I can see you gallery is working correctly, do you still have this problem?
