Thank you for the support to this query. Originally when I installed the plugin, the short code could have been set to “true” as on the initial set-up I had an “add review” button on the product page. Upon visiting the page much later I noticed that the button was missing. By answering this query you have helped me regain the original settings that I had wanted on my page.

I see there is an option to “Show Header widget area” – it was turned off. I have turned it on and it now shows the area – resolved.

Sure – the only button on the page is the “sign up” button. It is imported from the theme, and any changes that I make in the CSS if I assign a class to it are not applied to the button (even when it is not inside a form).
How can I address the button in the CSS so that the changes that I need to make override the theme?

Thank you for the response. I have the following versions installed-

Yith Woocommerce Gift Cards – 2.11.0
Woocommerce – 6.6.1
Yith Multivendor Premium – 3.17.0

Because I have Multi-vendor installed, when an order is created – 2 versions of the order are created. The Parent and the child. If I activate the Gift Card Plugin, and delete the child order first, and then the Parent order second, there is no error. If I delete the Parent order first before deleting the child order, I get the error as described above.

Please let me know if this is a good explanation?

I am using version 2.9.0

I have deactivated all the plugins aside from gift cards and woo commerce and still the problem persists. The discount is not being applied automatically when I click through to the website via the email link.

Is there a way that I can forward the email to you? If you need it?

I have had a major problem with my website, and I don’t want you to spend time trouble shooting with me. I tried to restore to a previous version and I have broken it (crying in the dark). Thank you for the above code – I will try it again after I get the site up and running again.

As a test I have also deactivated all my plugins. The only plugins which are activated are Simple SSL, Woocommerce, and Yith multivendor Premium. I am now going to try and revert to a previous version of the theme to see if it changes.
I really do need to fix this – my site looks terrible :/

I have taken a screenshot in incognito mode in the Chrome browser to void any caching and it still shows that the products are only one per row… so I don’t think it’s a caching issue as per your suggestion above…

I have also tested in Firefox, and Edge too…all of them only display one item per line
