I’m facing the described upload-problem too on two WP-installations I’m running. On those I’m using the plugin “Restricted Site Access”. I first argued that it could have to do with that plugin but on a third WP-installation that plugin is used too and the upload succeeds. And on a fourth WP-site I’m not using that plugin and it fails too… *confused*
For each picture in the upload-list I get a yellow exclamation mark an the hint of those is “HTTP error”. But the list is cleared after the last picture-upload failed.
All sites: WP 3.9, NGG 2.0.63

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Complete backup is has the database in the zip fileI have that problem too. The backup worked fine until some weeks ago it began to only backup the database where “database and files” was configured.
When running the backup manualy it first dumps the database then is says “zip” then it finshes after a few seconds storing a new backup that says “database and files”. But the backups only contain the database-dump.
On the status-page it says the expected size of the backup will be 660MB (which is probably correct). But the generated files have a size of only about 900kb (only db-dump).
I’m running WP v3.8.2 and BackupWordPress v2.6.
I found the file .backup_warnings in the backup-dir. The file has a timestamp from the last backup and has the content:
{"php":{"e9477f940e3915ad62e33a5c95a550c9":"Undefined index: id, \/homepages\/0\/...\/wp\/wp-content\/plugins\/easy-fancybox\/easy-fancybox.php, 351"}}
I tried running the backup having that easy-fancybox-plugin disabled: result was the same (only db-dump).
Is there a place where I can find some more logfiles? Can I enable some more logs?
