I can confirm that updating to 0.14.1 solves the issue: now background images in elementor pages are displayed correctly when CSS minify is enabled.

I’d like to Thank all of you for providing additional info, and in particular @grahambudd for getting at the root of the problem, and all plugin support and dev team for rolling out a fix quickly.

Lazy loading is disabled in W3TC.

thanks for your assistance, I did.

I’ve tried to delete the cache folder in wp-content using ftp too, purging all caches and all modules one by one, before and after re-enabling CSS minify.

Unfortunately the issue persist, and the only workaround I can find at the moment is disabling CSS minification.
