    Hello there!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Please be informed that our Hotel Booking plugin has two different booking forms: a general availability search form and a direct booking form. A general availability search form works with all accommodation/property types and displays them on the page with search results. The direct booking form is designed to work with a single accommodation type. Its shortcode is [mphb_availability id=”123″] where “123” is an ID of the accommodation type you would like the form to work with. But keep in mind that for a direct booking form to allow direct bookings the “Skip Search Results” option in the plugin settings under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Settings > Search Options section should be enabled.

    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue with our Hotel Booking plugin.

    The problem is that our Hotel Booking plugin doesn’t provide any default styles or design, it inherits everything from the active theme. That’s why it may be necessary to apply some custom styles to make all plugin sections and forms look beautiful on the third-party theme that hasn’t been designed for the plugin. In our themes, calendars on mobile devices are set to be displayed on top of each other by default. So you will need to apply some custom styles to your theme to complete that.

    Another way out would be to hide a second calendar on mobile devices, also with the help of CSS. Here’s an example:

    @media (max-width: 600px){
    .datepick-month.last{
    display: none;
    }}

    Where “max-width: 600px” is a breakpoint that defines the screen widths for which the code will be applied. Feel free to set it according to your needs.

    Hello there!

    Please be informed that “Read More” is a default WordPress tag used to provide users with a short description of what your content is about. It’s a great way of inciting them to read your posts and further explore your site. If you wish to change it to something else, you may use a third-party plugin called Loco Translate since no theme functionality allows you to do that right from your back end, unfortunately. If you wish to delete it from your home page, then you need to edit the corresponding post or page where it comes from and delete the tag from there.

    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Hotel Booking plugin.

    Please be informed that for you to be able to set your availability search form horizontally, you need to include a special “is-style-horizontal” CSS class. You can do that in your shortcode like this: [mphb_availability_search class=”is-style-horizontal”], or by setting it in your Avaivalibility Search Form block or widget.

    Also, if you use a third-party theme, you may need to install and activate our Styles & Templates add-on. You can do that from the Hotel Booking plugin settings under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Settings > Display Options section > More Styles.

    Hello, Neelesh!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Appointment Booking plugin.

    However, when I check your website from my side (tried it on both Chrome and Firefox), your fields appear just fine no matter which language I select.

    So may I ask if the issue is still relevant? If so, what are the steps I need to take to reproduce it? Thanks!

    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Hotel Booking plugin.

    However, I just checked your “8.4 Rooms” page and I had no issues seeing your featured image and gallery.

    Do you still have this issue on your side? If yes, please, contact us via the live chat on our website or submit a support ticket because we can’t seem to reproduce the issue on our side. Thank you!

    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our TimeTable plugin. And I apologize for the delayed response.

    Please be informed that we checked the link to the PHP Object Injection vulnerability you shared with us. However, there are no details about it on the side of Patchstack and we’re unsure how to reproduce it and what seems to be the real reason for it. But we take another look at this issue and try to find the cause. You can let us know if you get any details on that. We would appreciate it since it’s unclear where the issue came from. Thank you!

    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Hotel Booking plugin.

    However, our Hotel Booking & Elementor Integration and Hotel Booking Styles & Templates add-ons cannot be the cause of the issue you are currently experiencing. And it doesn’t matter when they were updated.

    Most likely, there’s some Hotel Booking plugin misconfiguration, and that’s why the calendars display incorrect periods. In this case, you may submit a support ticket so we can check everything out and help you resolve it. Or, make sure you have at least one valid season under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Seasons, make sure all your seasons are added to all your rates that you have for each accommodation type, and make sure all your accommodation/property types have at least one accommodation/unit each. Then everything should work properly.

    As for your “Book Now” page, it doesn’t use our Hotel Booking plugin’s form. It’s a third-party form we’re not familiar with.

    Hello there!

    Thank you for your question.

    Please be informed that “Carmelina” is a third-party theme that doesn’t use our Hotel Booking plugin. It uses a third-party booking solution we’re unaware of. But if you’re asking whether you may use our Hotel Booking plugin on this theme, please be informed that our Hotel Booking plugin doesn’t provide any default styles or design, it inherits everything from the active theme. So it may be necessary to apply some custom styles to make all plugin sections and forms look beautiful on the third-party theme that hasn’t been designed for the plugin, like the theme you’re referring to.

    Hello there!

    First, when it comes to technical compatibility, I would like to inform you that our Hotel Booking plugin is compatible with pretty much any WordPress theme out there. However, please be informed that the Hotel Booking plugin doesn’t provide any default styles or design, it inherits everything from the active theme. So it may be necessary to apply some custom styles to make all plugin sections and forms look beautiful on the third-party theme that hasn’t been designed for the plugin.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your question.

    I understand what you’re trying to accomplish, but I regret to inform you that currently there is no plugin or block functionality that allows you to set anchors. However, if we receive more similar questions or requests from our customers, our developers will definitely consider implementing this improvement in a future plugin release. We will keep you updated on any developments regarding this matter.

    Hello there!

    Thank you for your question and your interest in our Appointment Booking plugin.

    Of course, you can modify existing bookings and replace assigned services from the back end of your website without any issues.
