  • Hello there!

    Sorry for the late reply.

    However, I’m not sure if I understand what you mean when you ask if it’s important to add a page URL for each author on your domain. I don’t think it’s necessary though.

    As for the author of your default/demo posts, you can change their author by simply resaving them using one of the user accounts you have.

    Hello Nicolas!

    I apologize for the late reply. Unfortunately, WordPress doesn’t support adding a taxonomy to a regular page by default. In this case, you’ll need to use a snippet similar to the one you mentioned. However, I’m not sure how this is related to our Getwid plugin and the Post Carousel block specifically.

    Hello there!

    Sorry for such a delayed response.

    Please be informed that the “Section” block is not meant to work as a stand-alone block. Usually, it’s a container for other blocks that have more customization options, such as defining heights for mobile devices. So you may try adding some blocks inside to see if they affect your section’s height. But if you still wish to use the block as a stand-alone one, then here’s an example of the custom CSS code that should help you define a minimum height on mobile devices:?

    @media (max-width: 600px){
    .wp-block-getwid-section{
    min-height: 200px;
    }}

    Where “max-width” is a breakpoint that defines the screen width on which the code will be used, and “min-height” defines the minimum height of your section. Feel free to set the values you need.

    Hello there!

    Sorry for such a delayed response and thank you very much for your feedback, we appreciate it.

    Please be informed that the Getwid plugin has an option that goes like “Load CSS and JS of blocks on demand”, which you may enable in the plugin settings under the Dashboard > Settings > Getwid. When this option is on, all CSS and JS files of blocks are loaded on demand. Maybe this plugin option could help with that.

    If not, we consider implementing such an improvement in one of the future plugin releases if we receive more similar questions or requests from other customers.

    Hello Carsten!

    Sorry for such a delayed response.

    We sure consider adding a separate currency option for blocks such as Price List and Price Box if we receive more similar questions or requests from other customers. However, I’m not sure I understand what seems to be the problem of adding your currency symbol when you edit a page/block. It may indeed look like a placeholder on the back end, but it’s easily replaced with a currency symbol you need. Thank you!

    Hello there!

    Sorry for such a delayed response.

    Currently, no plugin functionality allows you to check if the plugin blocks were used on a website, and if yes, which ones and where exactly they’re located, unfortunately.

    So yes, in this case, you had to search for them manually and I’m glad you found a way to do that.

    Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hello Toni!

    Sorry for such a delayed response.

    I just want to clarify that we do not claim that our Getwid plugin is multilanguage-ready. As a result, there may be issues when it comes to translating its blocks into other languages on your website. One helpful way to address this is to directly edit your page translations using the Gutenberg page builder. Doing this will allow you to change block names and other elements of the blocks directly on the translated version of a page.

    Hello there!

    First, I would like to inform you that the iCalendar synchronization is unavailable in the Lite version of our Hotel Booking plugin. So it would be necessary to get a premium version of the plugin to sync bookings.

    As for the sync intervals, our plugin can fetch bookings at 15-minute intervals. However, it’s important to note that different platforms and OTAs such as Booking and Airbnb have their own synchronization schedules, which our plugin cannot control. Therefore, for information on how often they retrieve bookings from connected calendars, it’s best to check with those platforms directly.

    Please be informed that this is a known issue and we hope our developers implement a solution in one of the future plugin releases.

    Unfortunately, at this moment no plugin functionality allows you to improve the way your parallel events are displayed. But we let you know as soon as we receive some updates on this matter.

    Hello Irene!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our TimeTable plugin and I apologize for the delayed response.

    However, the issue description doesn’t give us enough information to identify the reason for some of your events not showing on your timetable. So will it be okay for you to contact us directly through the live chat on our website or by submitting a support ticket so we can check your plugin configuration from our side? Thank you!
