    Hello there!

I’d like to let you know that it’s easier to work with a block or a widget than a shortcode, of course, if you use a page builder like Gutenberg or Elementor on your website. When I add a timetable via a block on my website, there’s a section where you can choose which columns to display. And the columns are displayed even if there are no events for them. So this could be the solution you’re looking for.

In the plugin’s shortcode, you may use the “col” parameter with comma-separated IDs of your columns to display them regardless of whether they have events or not.

    Hello there!

Sorry for the delayed response and sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Mega Menu Block.

First, I would like to inform you that we checked this behavior locally, and everything seems to work perfectly fine when it comes to moving a mouse from a menu item to a mega menu container. Second, in our plugin, a mega menu container or a sub-menu opens on a mouse hover, not a click.

So may I ask you to provide the URL where this issue can be checked, please? Thank you!?

    Hello there!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

I’m not entirely sure why the code works perfectly on my end but isn’t working for you. In this situation, I suggest reaching out to us through the live chat on our website or by submitting a support ticket. This way, we can examine your website more closely and assist you in resolving this issue. Thank you!

    Hello there!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

Please be informed that the plugin defaults to displaying all events and rows within the set time frame.

If there is a significant time gap between your events, resulting in empty rows, they can be hidden using the positive value for this tag: hide_empty_rows=”1″.

However, you can’t hide some particular rows of your timetable if they contain events using the plugin functionality.

    Hello there!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but at the moment, no plugin functionality allows you to replace the employee information displayed on the back-end calendar with customer information, unfortunately.  However, we will definitely consider this for future plugin releases if we receive more similar questions or requests from other customers. Thank you!

    Hello there!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

Yes, we do support and maintain our Restaurant Menu plugin.

Even though this plugin is not very popular, so we mostly focus on improving our other products.

In any case, go ahead and try the plugin if it meets your needs and let us know if there’s anything we can help you with.

    Hello there!

Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Stratum plugin and the Instagram widget in particular.

When I’m on the page you specified, I receive errors in my browser console that go like this: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()”. 403 is a default HTTP status code which means that access to the requested resource is forbidden. So it’s more of a question of your server configuration. Or you have some plugin that has a conflict with our Stratum plugin or the functionality of this widget. In this case, I recommend you try disabling other plugins you have to check if it’s a matter of a conflict or contact your hosting provider for them to check what could be blocking access to your server.

    Hello there!

Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Getwid plugin and the Instagram block in particular.

Would you be so kind as to specify the error that occurred in your block?

As for the Instagram account, it gets connected by the Instagram token set in the plugin settings under the Dashboard > Settings > Getwid. Delete your current token and the Instagram block will ask you to log into your account next time you use it.

    Hello there!

Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Getwid plugin and the Content Timeline block in particular.

However, we can’t seem to reproduce the issue on our side. When we group the block with other Getwid blocks, everything works perfectly fine, and no such error message is displayed. So may I ask you to provide some details on how the issue can be reproduced? Which blocks you were trying to group with? Have you tried to use a WordPress default block theme (2024)?

    Hello there!

Please be informed that our Getwid plugin has the option to disable unneeded blocks so they no longer appear as available blocks in the page builder.

In this case, I recommend you navigate to the plugin settings under the Dashboard > Settings > Getwid > Blocks tab, and make sure all the blocks you need are unticked (enabled).

    Hello there!

We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience with our Appointment Booking plugin. We’d like to clarify that we always offer our customers the opportunity to test all the plugin’s functions and features by signing up for a 7-day trial. Alternatively, they can try out the Lite version of the plugin which has some functions disabled. However, this enables them to try the plugin on their websites.

After reviewing all your support tickets, we did not find any reports related to the plugin’s bugs or malfunctions. Instead, the issues raised were related to functions not currently available in the plugin by default. However, they can be accessed with the add-ons we have designed. In such cases, we recommend exploring the add-ons, which are also available as part of our membership package. This membership grants access to all our plugins and themes, allowing you to save money without having to purchase each add-on separately. As per our records, you have reached out to us six times since November 3rd, and we have promptly addressed all your inquiries.

Anyway, we’d be happy to assist you further if you decide to give the plugin another try.
