    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Getwid plugin and Image Slider block in particular.

    However, when I add custom links to the slides in the block in my local environment, they remain the same even if I save changes, close the page, open it for editing again, and edit my slider to add new slides. So may I ask you if the issue is still relevant, please? If yes, may I ask you to provide some details so we can see the full picture and help you? What are the steps we need to take to reproduce the issue on our side? Thanks!

    Hello there!

    I’m sorry for such a delayed response.

    And sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Stratum plugin and the Masonry Gallery widget in particular.

    However, when I check it in my local environment, images are not stacked on the left, regardless of how many I add or which display options I choose.

    So may I ask you to provide some details on this like the display options you use or a screenshot of them? Have you tried to disable other plugins you have? Perhaps you have other plugins that provide widgets for Elelementor. Will it be okay for you to share a link to your page with your problematic gallery so we can take a look at it? Thank you!

    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Mega Menu Block.

    We don’t position this plugin as multilanguage-ready or compatible, to be honest.

    However, the WPML plugin allows you to use the plugin on different website languages without any issues.

    To do that, you will need to edit your translations as regular posts or pages using the Gutenberg page builder. For each language you have, you will need to change the text in the block the way you need and it will remain “translated”.

    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Mega Menu Block.

    But I’m glad to hear you found a way to resolve it. I’m sure it will be helpful for other customers.

    I will escalate this to our developers for further review. Thank you!

    If you don’t have any other questions or concerns, we may mark the topic as “Resolved”.

    Hello Elena!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Hotel Booking plugin.

    However, I’m not sure I understand what seems to be the issue here. First, the link you mentioned in the topic doesn’t seem to work, it redirects me to your Home page where I see no reference to your accommodation types/properties. Second, when I use “accommodation”, which is the default slug in our plugin that leads to the archive page with all accommodation types on your website, it also redirects me to your Home page. It looks like our plugin is currently disabled.

    May I ask you to specify your issue and provide some details so I can see the full picture and help you, please? Thank you!?

    Hello there.

    Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue with our Getwid plugin and the Post Slider block in particular.

    Could you please provide details on this matter and explain how we can reproduce the issue on our side?

    And where exactly on your website the problematic Post Slider block can be checked? Thank you!

    Hello James!

    Thank you for your response and for sharing all the details.

    While I can’t promise we refactor the namespace tree in our Timetable plugin, I let our developers know about your issue to see if they have thoughts on this.

    In the meantime, I may only recommend you take a look at our paid alternative, the new plugin called ‘WordPress Events Calendar – Visual Builder for Events Schedule”, which allows you to create calendars or timetables even in a more efficient way. You can find the plugin on our website. Please note that this is a new plugin, and detailed documentation is not yet available. However, we are actively working on it ??

    Hello there!

    Sorry for such a delayed response.

    But we have to disappoint you because currently, no theme functionality allows you to disable your main dropdown menu and use it on tablets and smartphones only, unfortunately. But if you wish, you may use CSS to hide it from your website depending on a certain screen resolution (width). Here’s an example:

    @media (min-width: 769px){
    .header-dropdown{
    display: none;
    }}
    @media (max-width:768px){
    .header-menu-container{
    display: none;
    }}

    Hello there!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    And sorry to hear that you faced such an issue with our Hotel Booking plugin on your first website.

    However, the plugin itself is barely responsible for your website performance. Of course, everything depends on how many post types the plugin has: how many accommodation types, accommodations, seasons, and rates it has to work with to display your website visitors’ information about the availability of your property.

    In this case, we recommend that you ensure the website in question has sufficient resources to run all your active plugins and our Hotel Booking plugin with the data you added. If your two websites are hosted on the same server, make sure the first website doesn’t use any plugins that your second website doesn’t have. Perhaps this will help you identify the reason for this performance issue.

    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue with our Timetable plugin.

    But to be honest, we have never received similar complaints from other customers who use it. We didn’t encounter any similar issues during our testing.

    But here’s the info I located online:

    The “Fatal Error: Uncaught Error: Class … not found” in WordPress usually occurs when the PHP code refers to a class that is not available or not defined in the current scope. This could be due to several reasons such as:

    1. The class file is not included or required correctly.
    2. The class file is not present in the specified location.
    3. The class file is not loaded yet when it’s being used.
    4. The class name is misspelled.

    This, in turn, may be due to server misconfiguration. Perhaps your website content is being cached by a CDN, causing this issue. Alternatively, you may have a separate caching tool enabled on your server.

    Hello there!

    We apologize for the delayed response and appreciate your understanding.

    As for the issue with the Table block in our Getwid plugin, I understand what you mean and confirm that the first highlighted cell remains active even after navigating to another cell using the keyboard arrows.

    However, no solution for this issue is currently available. We don’t think this bug needs urgent attention since the Table block allows you to enter all your data using a mouse without any issues. But we definitely keep this in mind for future plugin releases if we receive more similar complaints or requests to improve this block from other customers. Thank you!

    Hello there!

    Thank you for your question.

    I’m sorry to disappoint you, but currently, a point in our Image Hotspot block cannot be linked, unfortunately.

    When you add a URL to it, what gets linked is a Point’s title which appears when you open a Point’s tooltip.

    I’m afraid at this moment we have no solution or a workaround to link a Point itself.

    But we definitely keep this in mind for future plugin releases if we receive more similar questions or requests from other customers.

    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Timetable and Event Schedule plugin.

    However, Event Categories in our plugin as well as other WordPress post types or taxonomies do have IDs. You can find them by checking your categories under Dashboard > Timetable > Event Categories. If you have some issues with that, please, describe it in detail so we can see the full picture and help you. Thanks!

    Hello there!

    We sure understand what you’re trying to complete.

    However, currently, no plugin functionality allows you to display events for the same time next to each other, unfortunately. But we do have this as a feature request and hope our developers implement it in one of the future plugin releases. We let you know if we receive any updates on this matter.
