In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Latest W3TC plugin update redirected you too many times. Thanks for this. Just a couple of clarifications are needed.
- The “cache folder” (www/site.com/wp-content/cache ?- contains autoptimize, cache-enabler, config, minify, and other subfolders. Should I delete this folder with all subfolders – or should I delete /wflogs ?
- w3tc-config folder – /wp-content/w3tc-config
- object-cache.php (if exists) – this is in /wp-content/wflogs/…
- advanced-cache.php (if exists) – should I also delete the directory /wflogs? or just the files and temps* here?
- db.php (if exists)
- upgrade folder – there is an /upgrade and an /upgrade-temp-backup
Looking forward to your clarifications. Thanks !!
I created a better post for this problem after I deleted W3TC Plugin and this problem persisted. The moderator is reviewing the new post and should be along shortly.

In reply to: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_render_duotone_filter_preset()Glad it helped. This was the first time WP update ever gave me a problem too

In reply to: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_render_duotone_filter_preset()Ticket closed.
To correct this problem:
1. I replaced just the /wp-admin and /wp-includes directories with the latest 5.9.1 files
2. I turned off plugins using the FTP file rename of the /wp-content/plugins directory
3. I went to the front page website – and got errors (too many missing connectors)
4. I went to the /wp-admin/plugins.php page (check filename spelling); this is supposed to reset plugins
5. I turned on plugins again (renamed the directory back to ../plugins)
6. Ran the front page and everything was returned to normal and running again.Pheww!

In reply to: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_render_duotone_filter_preset()The Ticket is closed and it turned out to be a 5.9.1 auto-update error. This is the first error I’ve ever seen with an upgrade; back to manual click updates for me.
Hard to say the reason; maybe processing timed out, etc.
Thanks for directions and help folks!

In reply to: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_render_duotone_filter_preset()Bug report is created … but the website was fine yesterday. So unless there was an autoupdate that I don’t know about, how does a bug manifest itself suddenly in a Fatal Error: ? Not sure ….

In reply to: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_render_duotone_filter_preset()Thanks for quick response –
I renamed my plugin folder plugin.hold and tried to reset plugins by running plugin.php (per the instructions) – without success.
I renamed by theme folder (and child)
This error remains the same.
I did not want to reset the plugins in the database (and potentialing losing my configurations) … that command is “option_value field to: a:0:{}”. Perhaps I should now, but …
I think the problem is with the 5.9.1 /wp-includes/block-supports/duotone.php file
