I activated the up to date Twenty Seveteen theme (I didn’t have the issue before updating it, btw) and activated only the WPGlobus 1.9.16. I have the same issue with this configuration.
The problem is the same with the original themes Twenty Sixteen and Twenty Fifteen (all updated).
