Hi @erania-pinnera if you look at the screenshot i’ve linked in my previous reply. For instance the “show top posts over”. Default is ‘the past day’. if I change it to ‘the past week’ and hit submit, it will return back to the default ‘the past day’.

this also happens with “Show top search terms over”, it will always default to ‘the past week’. “Chart stats by” will default to ‘day’

I hope that’s making sense. I can see all these when I go to the Jetpack site stats. My issue is just the misbehaving widget on the dashboard. It’s the same behaviour on 3 of my sites.

@ihenetudan thanks those options are working fine. but these options on the dashboard “widget” keep resetting to default. No matter what I change any of these options to it just shows the default setting

@uriahs-victor thanks for you all your help, removing ROP from Facebook and re-adding did the trick. Everything working as required.

As an aside for anyone else who stumbles across this issue. through some laziness and trial & error, even with the conflicting theme activated, it’s possible to tab-key (x2 if i remember correctly) and then enter-key your way to launching the Facebook login dialogue box which opens normally in a new window.

thanks @uriahs-victor Had to also deactivate Motors theme by stlyemix, deactivating the plugins alone helped the formatting but to actually get it to work i had to go back to twenty twenty one theme.

Slight quirk perhaps, but how does ROP pick which facebook page to offer in list, by the number of followers? i’ve started a new page that i want to link ROP to but it only listed the 2 biggest pages (and their instagrams) that i’m an admin on

@takayukister sorry for the delay, your [_post_author_email] sugestion works perfectly. Everything is working as it should.

@takayukister I went back and created a fresh site, and tried a sample page and it sent email using CF7 just fine, i slowly reactivated all the plugins and themes it still works. I’ve now narrowed it down to a configuration problem. The sample contact form using the following details works as it should:
to: [_site_admin_email]
from: [_site_title]<email@address>

my question now is: Is there a special tag to reference the owner of the particular the listing like maybe [_author_email]? [_user_email] would just send the form back to the person filling in the form not the listing owner correct?

hi @betydbr , thanks, that CSS seems to have been altered by the amp plugin (recently updated) but even when deactivated the no-thumbnails seems to persist. Switching to twenty twenty theme made no difference either. I will keep digging

@ibrahimkh4l33l thanks for the suggestion…unfortunately hasn’t made a difference. If i try go directly to a page within the subsite dashboard ie wp-admin/themes.php i get a page not found error
