This site is in production, so I cannot disable all the plugins to test.

I can’t really toggle off in my live site since I actively have users completing courses throughout the day. What version did you just update the Paid course plugin to? I didn’t see an update come in yesterday. I actually had to hide the “All” tab because it lists all courses for users instead of the courses they’ve purchased. In the past the “All” tab only displayed courses purchased, completed and incomplete.

Is this the new normal for that “all” tab. If so, I’ll keep it hidden.

I haven’t been able to resolve this, I don’t have an async plugin. Maybe I should just switch to the paypal plugin that isn’t broken.

3. I had these on, but since the user can’t even enter their credit card info, have a look at the screen shot. Are you seeing the Card Number field in the proper location, because when I am not logged in, it doesn’t have everything in the right order:

Solved this. The server was blocking the update. My server guy had to revise the permissions so that the upgrade would go in.

When you say auto updating, you are just referring to the when I click the Button to upgrade?

I’m actually thinking what’s causing the breaking is the updating of the database?

Yeah, this is broken for some reason. Is Static Home Page a plugin? OR did you just set a static home page in the theme?

Have you tried to add one more section or something, like one more big image to see if it’s something about the length of the page. That could be a possible issue?

Hmm, well at this point, I’m not seeing recent posts on the page. I can at least find the social section now. So, once you get your content back in you’ll need to add a snippet of CSS to the site. I’ll just hide the DIV that was causing the extra space.

It appears that may not break any additional bits in the theme. If the theme author swings back through it would be nice to see more classes in your theme so things like this can easily be hidden.

So, after you get your content back in, ping me. You’ll need to add either Jetpack so you can use custom CSS or you can look for a basic plugin that allows you to use a stylesheet.

Hey FoxTek,
So, at this point, I am unclear where you think it’s causing the extra space. Can you do 2 things, check incognito in Chrome or a private window in Firefox to see if you still see the space.

Then, take a screenshot of the problem and post it here. The other option would be to “turn on” the social section again so I can sort out where the div is in the page so I can give you CSS you can use to hide it.

Beyond that, I’d need to get into your theme and tinker with it to see where it is. This is not something that you’ll be able to access in the editor, though you maybe able to turn it on/off in the customizer.

I don’t know of a way to have it force to download when it’s a pdf. Usually, that’s a browser setting and you can’t really override that. But, with that said you may want to google that question to see if it’s possible.

Same problem here. I disabled, it on my last update, updated to 4.3 successfully, but when I tried to Activate it again this is the error I get:
