I’m having this issue too – affects all woocommerce orders and prevents successful order processing. It’s affecting my physical products as well.

Uh oh, I’m noticing this issue too! I thought it was an issue with the payment processor, but all my woocommerce orders are getting stuck at payment pending – even though the paymet goes through and even orders non-related to tutor!

I think I found a fix by disabling the cloudflare cache with a page rule on just the login page.

Okay I figured it out, the wording on the option description was the opposite of what it should be. Disable metaboxes should be set to No. Now I can see the option to disable cache on each page (the description says the opposite leading to the confusion).
