Hello, it’s been a week and 1 day since my support request and no response to the issues described. Is the plugin still being supported?
Thanks for response. The slider I am using is the “Adventurer” one, it was working fine before with various updates. On the latest update on our staging site the title and subtitle now appears immediately rather than fading in like it should with the animation.
Before the title and subtitle on the slider would appear from nowhere with a smooth fade animation, now the text just loads visibly and is already there without any fade animation and though it still does the cross over animation of the title and subtitle, the text doesn’t appear from nowhere and it doesn’t look good. Perhaps part of the animation has been lost in the new update.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Issues with Banner stylingHi Jarno, thanks for your responses.
- thanks, I added it in with the root folder as well and it didn’t break the plugin, however the consent banner shows as green and active but it is not displaying on the site. Tried viewing in private window and still not showing anything. Seems to show opt in when I check the console. Any ideas?
- Can the custom code CSS on complianz plugin under Content banner > Custom CSS be used for this purpose? Would it be possible to kindly let me know the CSS I can use for font of the body text, size and colour of both the main plugin screen and under view preferences section. Thanks kindly.
- Thanks for confirming
- I was a little puzzled that when I used another cookie plugin to test with it only finds 5 cookies on my site, Complianz finds 25. Is there an efficient way to check what’s the truth of how many cookies are on the site (i’ve tried the inspect > console method on browser but that doesn’t work across all pages). Also how to find out what some which are unrecognised are responsible/related to other than just googling them which sometimes brings up no information?
Thanks alot
Great, thanks!

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Banner visual issuesThanks a lot, that fixed the issues.
One small remaining issue, the manage consent box once agree or deny is selected. The text is seated at the bottom of the box rather than centralised in the middle of the box, also it no longer underlines when highlighted, is there a way to resolve this? Thanks very much.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Banner visual issuesHi,
Thanks for the details. Mathieu, thanks very much for the latest compliance information I will keep this in mind, appreciate it.Roger, thanks for the information, I followed your instructions but have a few more issues which have appeared.
1) On desktop the banner is now over to the left hand side going off the screen. Instead of centralised, this was after using the mobile css.
2) I removed the line height but on mobile and tablets the banner has a height that is very high while the text and buttons remain at the bottom. You can see what I mean if you take a view at the website using devices on Chrome or Brave browser.
3) Also on iPad pro it goes off the screen to the left hand side like on desktop.
Any idea how to resolve this? Many thanks.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Banner visual issuesHey,
Thanks for the response and info. I have applied the CSS and it’s fixed some of the issues. The minimal bottom banner was especially useful. I have emailed you the domain in question for you to look at any issues. Subject title is my username.
Outstanding issues are as follows:-
1) How to align the cookie message text on banner on desktop so it is more in the centre like before?
2) On mobile now the minimal banner css is applied the bottom of the banner cuts off too soon and looks a bit strange, you can check the link I sent via email to see what I mean.
3) The banner on mobile and iPad/tablet is still positioned in the middle of the screen rather than bottom.
4) Is the new cookie message to do with GDPR compliance or will the old short message “We use cookies to optimise our website and our service.” be sufficient?
If you can also see if there is any conflicts with the complianz banner that is impacting funtionality please let me know, you can check on the website link I sent you via email.
Thanks kindly,
