@arshidkv12, whilst I agree the above issue is a permissions issue following a WP 5.1.1 upgrade we too are experiencing similar issues.
However, our issue lies within the admin-subpage.php file on line 245. The PHP warning indicates that there’s an issue with an invalid argument supplied for foreach().
