thanks, but it didn’t help. cookies are enabled, I deleted the plugins, the login file was already set to what codey suggests to change that one line to, editing the users table didn’t work either – actually when I MD5’d the password and hit ok, the password that was then set for the admin user was at least 20 characters long adn completely random. when I didn’t md5 it, it showed the right password.
the other options aren’t really options either…
