Thank you. I didn’t see that support ticket option before. I just opened a ticket there.
I tried resaving the settings but it didn’t remove the errors. I previously did a test with [email protected] and it did block it.
Thanks for the quick response!
Just to verify. I use ShortPixel on many Genesis sites and it works perfectly.
Just to let you know. I did just make a small donation a couple minutes ago. I hope you received it.
Thank you!
Holy cow! I can’t believe that’s all I had to do! I tried so many different things it was ridiculous. I very much appreciate your response.
I had left a 5 star review on your plugin some time ago and I’m not sure if I can leave another one, but I’ll give it a try.
With so many WP plugins you seldom find one that has support as good as yours. And you are so incredibly nice about it too. I’m going to make a donation to you now to show a little bit of my appreciation. I hope everyone does!
This worked for me in the CSS
max-width: none !important; max-height: 100% !important;
Just find your div or class and add that to it.
Hope that works for you or anyone looking for how to make the slider full screen. Here is exactly what I used for my theme to give you an idea
#ez-feature-top-container { max-width: none !important; max-height: 100% !important; }

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] When is version 3 coming out?Just posted on Twitter and FB about it. I would gladly pay for support or the new version.
Just thought I would chime in that it would be awesome to have it work with multisite networks. I recently tried it so I’m happy to see this thread that it wasn’t just my own technical problem.
This is one of the best plugins ever! Worked like a charm on my sites that weren’t multisite networks.

In reply to: [Social Sharing Toolkit] Bitly URL ShortenerI can’t find anything either. However, it is working for me on one website but not on a new one where I just started using it.

In reply to: Brute Force Attack WP Release AdminI just spent an hour on the phone with them for him. They don’t really have an answer for it. Now I’ve found out that in moving the site recently from one hosting account to another there are multiple plugin errors and that it are probably not letting him login along with the Brute Force attack! Yikes!

In reply to: Brute Force Attack WP Release AdminWow! Thanks for that info. Very good to know.
It looks now to me that they are probably using the most recent WP version. I found this in the source code
<meta name="generator" content="WordPress 3.5.1" />

In reply to: Brute Force Attack WP Release AdminThanks so much for the quick reply. I think they need to contact GoDaddy again. They seem a little misinformed. If GD can unlock the admin area the update would be so much easier for them from there.
Thank you!
thanks for the fix. nice and easy!
