This was the worst mistake I ever made. The problem was never resolved. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of knowledge of the support staff. I am unable to have a header plus issue with all photos.

Tried with a new theme, nothing works. This is what shows when I am in media – cropped-nefa_topband_23

After I encountered the problems, I reset my web page to default. I then rebuilt site. I have no idea why after resetting that I continue to have these problems.
I have not tried diffeent them, will try that.

Please go back on the site, you will see New England Fencing Alliance in the header field. This is what shows when I add my image. Unfotunately, in the media section the photos and logo are cropped.

This information is incorrect. I had the same image in my header prior to using smush. Skipping cropping does not help. I am encountering this problem in other areas of my page.

Images would fit in the container size of my theme.

Images in Media Library seem to be ok.
When attempting to add images such as the header or other photos to insert on the page, I get the following message Select and crop.I click on skip crop, but that does not help.
