  • I just spoke to Paypal and they recognise that it is a problem with them not receiving the postage data and they are working on fixing it. The woman I spoke to on the phone said to me that any postage which is missing from the transactions will be put into our accounts as soon as they have sorted it. I am going to speak to them again if what they have said about the postage costs turns out to be false. I would urge you to do the same.

    Hi,
Same exact thing happened with my site at exactly the same time. We’re getting orders through with no shipping costs added and it seems after a few tests that paypal is not receiving them. Also no email notifications are being sent through to us after the purchases. Disabling plugins makes no difference but it shouldn’t because it just started happening out of the blue.
Does anybody from wp-ecommerce have an idea what might have caused this and how do we go about fixing this.

    Hi Alex,
Sorry for the delay in my response. I really appreciate any feedback.
I think I may be too late to help as I’ve been to your website (very nice) but could only see realPlayer players.
If you’re still interested in using the player I could get it working for you or at the very least find out why it doesn’t work.
It’s almost certain to be a conflict with another plugin which you are using.

    Many thanks again,

    Matthew

    Using
    add_filter('pre_get_posts','my_query_type', 1)
I was able to resolve the conflict with wp-ecommerce for my main query. Using the priority worked for me.
