Hi, I had the same problem and solved.
If deactivating plugins do not solve the problem, than it can be from your theme files. Search for the jquery-1.6.3.min.js link in your theme files (header.php in my case). Remark the code block.

I have the same problem. Is this a bug on 3.4.1 ?
