I just found issue… for us it was W3 Total Cache. I disabled it and now everything is working again.

We have same problem with numerous themes which WordPress was updated to 6.0. We had to revert back on 20+ sites because of this issue.

Same thing here. The latest update which happened for me automatically yesterday broke several Woocommerce sites we have. The error is the same on all installs:

I removed Woocommmerce Adamin and the site works again.

I have same issue as well. This plugin was an older version of a different plugin which was sold to company. The company that bought it ruined it. The author of this plugin is not really the author. I believe he just republished the old code from the original plugin. Hence, why he might not be able to or does not have time to add Analytics 4 support.

Plugin is broke for me as well. It no longer can retrieve the newest accounts/properties added to my Google Analytics account. I can still see the older ones but anything added since the end of November doesn’t show up. I’ve tried clearing cache, reauthorizing, reinstalling plugin but nothing works…

I have the same problem with Power Builder now. I used Health plugin to disable all plugins one by one and found that it is Yoast 14.9 that has caused the issue. When it is enabled and inspect the console output in with Firefox dev tools these errors appear:

I’m unsure of how to fix it though. And, yes, Power Builder is older but as it is still used on millions of sites, we need a way to resolve this. Template Monster support says its a problem with Yoast and not their issue to resolve. Seeing that of the 45 plugins I have enabled on this WP/Woocommerce install, and only Yoast conflicts, I would have to agree with them on this for once….

Thank you for your response. So, there is no opt-in needed for transactional messages but in my opinion, I feel like a customer/user should surely have the choice to opt-in to receive tranactional SMS. This functionality would be nearly identical to the opt-in for marketing messages. One simple way to do this would be to add an option under My Account where the user can toggle this option on an off. If this was present, we could send out an email to all existing customers notifying them of the new feature and where to go to enable it. You could also add the option to activate it next to the phone number field on the order info form along side of the opt in for marketing emails that you are going to add.

Yes, I did make the changes that you stated but still the postal code field is missing from payment form. You can actually see it load for a split second and then it’s hidden. I realize that is what your fix was doing… stop it from hiding. W

Woocommerce support looked at the issue and verified this: “I found out and notice that the card postal code field is missing from the Square form. This is something that is required from Square itself, so it wouldn’t be wise to just remove it. It would likely cause card processing via Square to stop working and because of this, the invalid postal code error showed up as the field was hidden and there was no data.

I researched more and found out that this field was removed from the Square form as the field was using from the checkout billing address. Here’s the changelog for it: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-square/blob/master/readme.txt#L108.

It seems like there might be a conflict (by the theme or a plugin on your website) that is causing this field to not use the postcode from the billing address. Try switching to the Storefront theme, and see if the issue remains.”

We are still having the same issue even after applying jedfirestone fix. We submitted support ticket with Woocommerce but no response yet.

Thank you for solving the problem that Square has ignored…

I have been going nuts with this same issue. After the last Square plugin update we’ve had 10 customers call and say they can’t place orders because they are getting invalid zip code. I tried duplicating the issue with 3 different addresses/zip codes and no issue. Then we got a return customer today who had ordered 3 time before. His info was saved in the DB. I logged in as him and tried to process and order and as soon as I submitted the order it was blocked immediately with “Postal Code Not Valid”. It’s not a CC processing error like “no zip match”.

I looked at the last plugin updates we’ve done and saw that the first complaint came on the same day that we updated the Square plugin. I then disabled Square and enabled payments by check. I then went and processed the same customers order and the order went through.

The issue is 100% with Square plugin but it only happens with certain ZIP codes. In this case it is: Tampa, FL 33624.

I’m also wondering how I can do the same thing. Example:

One step 1 of form I have selection field to select “Type of Service”. If the user chooses “Service A”, I want to direct to step 2 (https://domain.com/form-step2-service-a). If they select “Service B”, I want to direct them to step 2 (https://donain.com/form-step2-service-b).

How can we make the step URL conditional based on another fields selection?

Same problem here.. no items showing in media library but if I switch to List Mode I can see everything. I’ve tried everything, (disabling all plugins 1 by 1, updating all plugins, file permissions, logging in and out, manually uploading images through FTP, clearing browser cache, multiple browsers, disabling firewall security on server)… this is driving me nuts…

FIX:

Zemez (Template Monster) was ZERO help and support kept telling me their developers are “working on it”… However, I figured out a quick fix that will bypass the Woocommerce check…

Change this to:

public $has_woocommerce = 1;

I fixed their other plugins like TM Woocommerce Ajax Filter & TM Woocommerce Wish List doing the same. Just load the main php file in each plugin, search for “check” and the first thing that comes up is the same line…
