Again its causing me issue with 401 error it was started workign just fine now after update i am seeing it again

i tried authorized email sender address email from the backend still i am seeing error respond code 401

when i took a look it say in backend my domain will automatically authorized even still, when i tired myself manytimes in plugin i get the same error.

Sometimes it goes away i was able to send only 1 test email it worked then after few days. This authorization thingy comes back.
