Thank you for testing.
What I did looks exactly the same up to 0:24 on your video.
But the “Okay, just one last step” questions never shows up on the screen to me. It just stays a gray blank page.

I’ve tried on the latest version of Chrome and Safari on M1 MBP 2021 (Monterey 12.4). I’m using WooCommerce and WPML plugins with Elementor. All plugins and WP are the latest versions.

Hi,
I’m having the same issue and I’m using the latest version (just installed 3.1.16) and Chrome.
(WooCommerce, WPML installed) “SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M” is added to .htaccess file.

– I’m able to see your template library
– I’m able to select one (Organic template) and add our logo
– After I select a font on the next page, click the button
then, I just see a light gray colored blank page.
