I turned off php error and debug mode and now I get error sis0026 so I think it is not activated at the bank

Thanks, yes debug I switched it off and turned off php error messages, now no messages but in test mode I get error sis0026 which appears to be
Error There is no trade / terminal sent’

Does this mean the Bank terminal is switched off?

When the customer enters his credit card he gets error 180 and fails to process, I tried with a small payment and got error code 104?

I installed WooCommerce Redsys payment gateway on wp 4.7+ and I have no menu option to access the configuration menu, disabled all plugins, but plugin still does not add config access option, can you help please?
