Still having that issue with The Thumbnail For Excerpts plugin – version .0.44 works but anything newer is conflicting.

The big problem I have run into with Woo Subscriptions is the setup fee charging at signup because I use a 15 day trial.

Any chance the setup fee and the trial could work together?
