I searched on stackoverflow but honestly, only found fixes done with js. I don’t think that’s a good way to fix this issue, this can be one of the usual incompatibility issues of ios and maybe now the local acquired in another way.

Sorry but the date format is managed by browsers, in any case i suggest you to check if you have set the locale correctly in WordPress settings/general
