Thank you for your efforts to help me!
Both environments should be identical: same WP-versions, same plugins, same settings. But obviously something is different as the alert IS showing on the test environment, but not on the production environment. I have checked every setting on icegram more than once, and they are identical.Isn’t it strange?

Yes, I have installed the latest version of the plugin: 2.1.4
Also running the latest WordPress version: 5.9.2I did some testing with the Health Check plugin. This is what I found:
1. Critical issue: REST API error, cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
2. Critical issue: Loopback request, cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
3. With all plugins active, but plugin Layerslider inactive: Icegram pops up nicely.So, Layerslider is frustrating the party. Strangely enough, I have a test environment with the same versions, and Icegram pops up perfectly there. I don’t get it.
What is your advice?

Thanks for your quick response. I just now saw that there is a different export option for Flamingo messages in that same menu. That created the file I just imported successfully. Thanks!
