Never mind. I figured it out. I downloaded a picture, copied it and dropped it into photoshop. From there I saved it as a jpeg. Now, I can include it.
These a free images so I don’t see a problem with copyright.
No, I have my own host.So, that is only for WordPress.com, is it?
