Is mail function installed on your store? and did you check spam folder?
I suggest using SMTP email plugin so that your email will not go to spam folder

I think it’s about writing permission in your hosting, try chmod that plugin folder to 777 and retry

You can disable zoom using CSS, view the class of that zoom in style.css and disable it.
