Thanks for the response, Dave. The Server API reads FPM/FastCGI and the Loaded Configuration File reads /opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/etc/php.ini

Upon further investigation, we downgraded one of our users to PHP 7.2 and the firewall is optimized. Is your plugin not compatible with PHP 7.3.6?

Wanted to share:
Rolling back to version 3.8.1 seems to do the trick and bring back the directory. All other versions between 3.8 and 4.1 seem to have this frontend display issue.
I’m using PHP7 and GF 2.2.6 for reference.

I stand corrected. After updating to 2.X, the UM login page wouldn’t display. I discovered that the UM settings for the User, Login, and Register pages were set to the Login page. They must be unique in order for the login to display. ??
The UM login page was one of the best features of the Ultimate Member plugin. I have more than 50 membership sites that cannot be updated to 2.X because the login page is bookmarked by the sites’ members. Are you going to offer an option to enable the login page feature? ?? Eric

Hi Karena, Mandrill notified me that they’re no longer supporting their plugin. I installed WP Rollback and downgraded wpMandrill to 1.3.2. Everything works now. ??
Please disregard this ticket. The issue is not with Ultimate Member. It occurs when Ultimate Member and the WPMandrill plugin are both enabled. ??

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & WhatsApp] get rid of email requirementHi Jarryd, we’re grandfathered into Nielsen’s data analyses. I discovered that they no longer offer blanket information. However, we continue to receive results from screen testing.
We began our search at https://www.forrester.com. Forrester’s has a wealth of resources for testing. Begin there. I’ll check around our network for reputable new companies and let you know. ?? Eric

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & WhatsApp] get rid of email requirementHi Nick, thank you for getting back to me. I would be happy to contribute additional advice based upon usability testing and what’s trending. Are you subscribed to any usability testing services? I can’t tell you how much stats and analyses taught me how to design and develop sites that work for my clients.
As for the Chatbox setting, I know about it. However, I didn’t want to disable both of them, just the email field. it’s important to empower users. Usability testing taught me that the name field empowers users, especially when you want to know the name of the user with whom you’re connecting. ?? Eric

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & WhatsApp] get rid of email requirementHi Jarryd, thank you for the great plugin. As a professional marketer, I would highly recommend removing the email field. Usability testing results inform us that users are less willing to give up their email addresses. ??

Thank you, I no longer see the warning. ?? Eric
Can you explain how you found a solution?
The solution involves changing a line of the plugin’s code.
