In reply to: [ActivityPub] Plugin doesn’t work with usernames with spacesJust checking to see (especially with Automattic supporting the plugin now) if there’s any movement on being able to modify the username associated w/ this plugin for users who have a space or dash in their username?
Thanks!
It’s a page list, but page list doesn’t have any options.
No, that did not work for me. See the following:

In reply to: How do I change the font color in menu navigation? That doesn’t help me. I just need to be able to edit the navigation colors, not the colors when someone is doing something. Seems like a bug in the WP editor that I cannot edit these colors from the editor.

In reply to: Making WordPress work with nginx reverse proxy on port 80Isn’t it? I’ve seen that configs need to changed in wp-config if you’re being a reverse proxy and using SSL. Is the same not true without SSL? Because the site is reachable without the reverse proxy.
Ok, let’s pretend I’m not using docker.
If I wanted to convert a WordPress install that’s been runnign on port 80 to run on port 8008 and have nginx answer at 80 and pass it on to WordPress. What would I change with my already functioning (not brand new) WP install?

In reply to: I’m able to upgrade plugins and themes, but not WP-coreHey guys,
Kept at it while waiting for replies. Turns out that it was an SELINUX issue. When I turned it off I was able to update. Just need to figure out if there’s a way to keep SELINUX enforcing while also making it know that WordPress should be able to work on this directory.

In reply to: Can't Upload VideoOK! So for problem #2 of this post – https://server.ericsbinaryworld.com/blog/video-embed-test/ – I figured out the problem – Matt Mullenweg’s Search Hilite Plugin. Deactivated that and it worked.
Still haven’t solved the original problem of being able to upload a large video file from within WordPress.

In reply to: Can't Upload VideoOK, here’s the latest:
The page https://server.ericsbinaryworld.com/blog/video-embed-test/
Should have two audio files and a video file. I am able to sometimes get one or the other to appear, but not both or in any consistent manner. Here’s what the code looks like:
This should be audio file 1: [audio mp3="https://server.ericsbinaryworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Jonathan-Coulton-ThePrincessWhoSavedHerself.mp3"][/audio] this should be video file 1: [video width="1280" height="720" webm="https://server.ericsbinaryworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Nothing-to-Prove-Geek-Girls-The-Doubleclicks-s4Rjy5yW1gQ.webm"][/video] this should be audio file 2: [audio mp3="https://server.ericsbinaryworld.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Jonathan-Coulton-ThePrincessWhoSavedHerself.mp3"][/audio]
