When you say manually translated pages do you mean using the Manual Translation Profile for Lingotek? (Are you sending the Pages to Lingotek for machine translation manually?) Or do you mean using Polylang and doing the translations yourself?

If you could answer a few questions for me so that I can better understand what the problems are that would be great.
1. What languages did you try to add on the Dashboard that were not working correctly?
2. Were you able to upload any content to Lingotek for translation?
3. What do you mean by you lost your categories and homepage? The original categories and homepage just disappeared? Or already translated categories and pages were lost?
4. What connection was lost? You couldn’t upload content? You couldn’t request translations? The Dashboard wasn’t working correctly?
5. Did you see any debug errors while using the plugin?
6. What are the exact steps you took after first activating the plugin?
If you could provide us with more information about your problems so that we can get them resolved for you that would be great!

In reply to: [Ray Enterprise Translation] Products not shown in woocommerce categoriesThere is a plugin that integrates Polylang and Woocommerce more fully together. I have installed it on my local environment and Category translation and syncing to my Products is working great!
The plugin is Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration. Please give it a try to see if it can help you get your Categories and Products all translated and synced together.
Also, with the release of version 1.0.9 of our plugin it should solve the issues you were having with Category translations not being downloaded. If it does not, please let us know.

As far as your translations updating after editing them in the Lingotek Workbench it seems to be working for us. There are a couple things you can try though.
Go to Translation -> Settings -> Defaults and check the Update the callback url for this project box and click Save Changes.
After you edit the translations make sure you hit the green Save and Close button and that the Workbench browser window closes.
If it is still not working please let us know so we can investigate further.

For one of the other errors if you could change line 67 in /lingotek-translation/include/group-post.php from

toif (!empty($custom_fields)) {

If you could download the update and then let us know if you are still having problems that would be great!

In reply to: [Ray Enterprise Translation] Products not shown in woocommerce categoriesThis is a setting that you need to enable inside of Polylang. If you go to the Polylang settings at the bottom of the page you will see a Synchronization option. Make sure that the Taxonomies option is checked and then Save Changes. You also need to make sure that your Categories are translated before you send your Products to Lingotek for translation.

If you either hover over the item and click on the option Update Translation Status or select the content and choose the same Update Translation Status from the Bulk Action drop down does that change the status at all? This is manually requesting a status update and will hopefully allow the status to be updated so that you can then download your translations.
