(That should be the Community name that is used for your site but for some reason it is not showing for you)

It seems like this is a more widespread problem than just a couple people. @chriz12 yes that would be a problem if you do not have a Community. For everyone else with the problem if you go to the same place Chriz12 mentioned do you have a Community selected? I will do some serious digging into this to find out what is happening so that we can get this issue fixed for you guys.

In reply to: [Ray Enterprise Translation] There was an error connecting lingotek.If you navigate to your Posts page you can either select the Posts and select Upload to Lingotek from the dropdown menu or hover over the post and there should be an item that says Upload to Lingotek or lastly you can click the orange icon that looks like an Upload button.
Just as a follow up we just released version 1.1.6 of our plugin in which we have removed the offending code. If you are able to access your hosting and server and delete the
lingotek-translation
folder fromwp-content/plugins
and then re-download the plugin you won’t have this issue anymore.bpikos,
The problem is that the Tesseract theme has declared the exact same debugging function in their code which is conflicting with ours so I wouldn’t place all the blame on Lingotek. We will release a new version of the plugin without this function. If you need help recovering your site and getting things working again please feel free to contact our Support team to get that set up.

This is a debugging function that we had in our code to help us with development. Since it is causing problems we will remove it and release a new version. To help with your website do you have server access where you could manually delete the Lingotek plugin and then once we have released the new version re-download it? If you can that would let you have access to your site again.

I will investigate further on why Posts aren’t being translated automatically and if possible fix this issue to provide compatibility. As far as automatically checking if there are previously published untranslated Posts we currently have not developed this functionality. If Posts are set to Automatically download though you can just upload all of the untranslated Posts and everything will be taken care of after that.

We have discovered that one of the reasons you cannot connect your Lingotek account is because your server needs to be able to communicate with our Lingotek API. Some hosting companies have a firewall or proxy that blocks server to server communications. You may need to contact your hosting provider to get help allowing your server to communicate with third party servers and API’s.
