Good news I have solution ……
I used WordPress 3.0.1 and Contact Form 7 ver. 2.3.1, and I have same error that deewilcox. Email are not send when you submit.
It is a syntax adress error, it necessary to change permalink parameter to default
https://delugeband.com/booking/ Syntax error
https://delugeband.com/?page_id=124 good syntax with number id
To modify go to Dashboard, Settings, General, Permalinks and valid Default
Save changes and it is OK.
