when i try testing with a customer account i get the correct password reset link.

but this happened to 2 customers before updating the databse

if the issue happens again what could be the problem?

So from my end do i need to use any type of tracking link on the links i put on tiktok so it will show that its a referal from there? or just putting the link from my store and if someone clicks it it will automatically show?

Hello, after doing some research i have this extra information

For?philsgranola.gr?we created a coupon “final batch” that expired on june 10

We had a problem with 2 orders were the coupon was not applied correctly

From what i saw the 2 users did not have an account

1- It seems like the system is adding or keeping products users have added in the past?? (how can this be true if they do not have an account??) or products that users have not added the last time they visited the website

2- Also products with same product ids are added as different entries instead of increasing the quantity of the same product id

3- Also the 20% coupon is only applied to the products that the users seem to have added last (even if the system kept history of products they added in the past the coupon should have been added in the whole order and not the in items added last)

The system shows subtotal for all items, then applies the 20% coupon only on last items

the shop had other orders that day and customers used that cupon but everything was normal, it happened only for one specific order

Is this in functions.php file? where would I need to add it?

the issue is the order of the products thats appearing on the front-end when i sort them by popularity is in conflict with the sales reports i get from woocommerce. what could be the issue?
