In reply to: [SimpleShift] Banner Issues – Action Button MissingHi Jacob,
My apologies – the site is now public (www.hireusgroup.com) for you to view. The button appears invisible, but if you remove the supplied background pic for the top banner, you can view the name of the button however the style still remains affected.
Please let me know how I can fix to appear as in the demo.
Thank you!
Robert

In reply to: [SimpleShift] Banner Issues – Action Button MissingI’ve just sent them an email to [email protected] – hopefully they’ll respond. I’d really prefer to avoid creating a child theme to fix such a small issue.
Thanks,
Robert

In reply to: [SimpleShift] Banner Issues – Action Button MissingHi Mnsk,
Thanks for the advice – I was going to do that, however I’d prefer to get an answer from the developer before doing a child theme. But at the same time, I am on a time crunch and may not be able to wait.
Does Themeshift not reply often? Or am I in the wrong place to acquire support from them? I was considering purchasing the pro version of their theme however I don’t want to do so without resolving this issue beforehand as my site will have more than a few call to action buttons.
Thanks,
Robert
Update – I now notice the “responsiveness” of the site is contingent solely upon the size of the window viewing the site. Meaning, if I minimize the browser window in any browser (I’ve tested in Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.), the site changes its view to be responsive, completely skewing the TG Services section.
I found a similar issue (but regarding the menu) in a recent post in the support forum, but the proposed resolution was updating the theme: I have the most up to date version of the theme but the issue persists.
Help please.
Thank you!

Verizon iPhone 5c Model MGFL2LL/A

In reply to: [Zerif Lite] 'Our Team' images on your demo siteMy apologies Andrew – you’re right. An issue along the same lines, but not exactly the same. I appreciate the direction and will create my own thread now.

In reply to: [Zerif Lite] 'Our Team' images on your demo siteHi, I’m having the same issue with my site. The pictures being uploaded to the Our Team section are coming out skewed, even after I have resized the image to a 1:1 ratio. Has this issue been resolved? I have the newest version of WP and of the Zerif Lite theme.
I would post the link to my site however there is a under construction banner in place currently.

In reply to: [Enigma] Leave ReplyAnyone? I also would like to remove this feature on my pages located at https://www.aeroforme.com
Thanks!
Hi I wanted to remove the Blog Post section from the bottom of my homepage located at https://www.aeroforme.com. I tried the suggested fix however the empty text widget changed nothing on the page.
Any suggestions? Thanks so much in advance.
