Yes, it’s with user interaction ie: click left/right button or in the case of mobile, swipe left or right. It’s not automatic slideshow carousel.

Is the option within the plugin or must there be added code to the plugin?

I manually changed the size to 360 x 240 and it looks good on my mobile. However it’s not a responsive way to adjust the settings as it doesn’t fit into the width when viewed on the desktop (at the AMP site).

I have changed the ‘thumbnail’ to ‘large’ in the index file, because otherwise it will take thumbnail image and stretch it.

Anything that I can do in the design file itself (index) to make it a responsive image?

However I might want to make a few changes to it, especially with the thumbnail on my mainpage. Any guide on what image CSS to use if I want those thumbnails to fit the whole width of the mobile screen?

Design-2 was the problematic one for me

Just changed to “Design 1” and it doesn’t have the issue. Guess it’s a template problem.

Thanks for responding to this so promptly. I love this plugin a lot!

A suggestion for future update would be to mask out the password of the integration as well (Hustle admin, while setting up the connection). This is in case someone’s WP site has been compromised and the hacker can see the username and password in the Hustle admin, thus having a way into the other account as well.

Edit: Not sure if the update broke the CSS formatting for sidebar widget. The design options somehow gives the same results.

Thanks! This worked. I activated the Mautic API and Hustle finally pulled the segment lists from Mautic.

Not sure if I missed this in the help section or documentation, but if it’s not in there, kindly consider putting this simple step there for future users to refer to. ??

Problem still not fixed. Could be an issue with Mautic itself. I have seen someone else with this issue in Hustle’s own support forum at WPMU website but the answer was not posted there.

Forgot to mention that my site is just http not https and it’s not hosted on mautic.net but at my own .com address. Not sure if that helps in anyway.

Also while not being able to pull up any lists, the widget upon submitting data does not show any confirmation of success, eventhough the data has been captured by Hustle.

I’m using myexample.com as an example URL. The shared hosting server I’m on is already under brute force attack (someone else’s website), so I rather not disclose the real URL.

OK, just like the Youtube issue it’s the theme at fault.

The copied link from IG doesn’t work properly with the theme and only the copied embed code works. I tried the direct link with WP default theme and it worked fine.

Considered this case close, but I’m looking forward towards this plugin being able to format the IG embed codes in the future. Thanks again!

I checked again and it seems that the problem is the way the theme or wordpress handles the output of directly copy&paste of YouTube link. I used the embed option from YouTube instead and the video is now showing proper tags in the feed. Real sorry for this. I’ll have a look and see if the Instagram problem is due to the theme as well

I used the first method and just noticed that somehow the HTML output just shows the URL without any embed tags.

Using the second method now but unfortunately there’s something wrong with my website and the post can’t be updated now. ??
