Yes, I found that it collided with LightStart – maintenance mode, soon landing page builder plugin. I believe there is not much you can do about it.

Yes, I did exactly what you wrote. If I visit the site as an admin (or support agent) I get the following message:
Support portal
Customer Portal is only accessible by Customers. Looks like you are a support staff
Go to Support Admin Page(Please note that Support portal is the page title autogenerated by the plugin during configuration).

In reply to: [Simple Download Monitor] The download counter is not updatedThanks for clarification, but again, I didn’t open this ticket because I have an issue with large Post ID. My site works normally and this plugin works normally with small Post ID, but in case of large Post ID it cannot update download counter after successful download.
It seems to me that somewhere in your plugin is used variable that cannot handle values greater then 65535 and due to that it tried to increment counter of non-existent or wrong download item.

In reply to: [Simple Download Monitor] The download counter is not updatedUnfortunately, deactivation, deletion and reinstallation did not help. The download still works fine, but the counter doesn’t want to update.
I tried deactivating the plugins as well as changing the theme to the default one. Nothing helped.
For testing, I installed another download manager: for example, Lana Download Manager has no problem with updating the counter.Forum: Plugins

It does not only work with items that have a large ID number. Why would deactivating other plugins help? They will not cause the ID number of the download item to decrease.

They say that it can be as big as 2^64, which means that about 21 million of mine are still tiny number. Still, I don’t know what would really create such large numbers because I don’t have 21 million items in the database. It is possible that some broken plugin caused this problem.
