Shame on me! I installed the Plugin Load Filter a long time ago and the only plugin i filtered was WP User Frontend. So its clear why the Shortcode wasnt executed!

i can′t see how ultimate member is supposed to be a plugin to do frontend posting -its more a pendant to buddypress.
If you want to do front end posting with ultimate member you have to use the plugin buddyforms.
it was supposed to work together ultimate member and wp user frontend:

with the link you posted you can only control the cloudfront cache (means how long the files will be stored at the cloudfront server cache) but not on the user broser cache.

you have to set the optin ‘CacheControl’ => ‘max-age=2592000’, when you upload the file to S3. do you think there is any chance to add this to W3?

Had the same problem.
i followed this tutorial:

Solved it by my self. Dont know what the problem was – maybe an interaction with S3 Offload Media Plugin. Deleted everything and uploaded it again – works fine now ??
